AIDS-A DESIGNER DISEASE
Despite repeated denials from Defense Department officials, allegations persist that AIDS is a genetically altered virus which has been deliberately released to wipe out homosexuals and/or non-whites in the U.S. and reduce populations in third world countries, and the circumstantial evidence is actually quite compelling, that the AIDS virus was artificially engineered, and planted in several different locations at about the same time through vaccination programs, and possibly blood bank contamination.
AIDS was man made to eliminate the undesirable elements of society The first study was made in 1957 by scientists meeting in Huntsville Alabama. Another study was made by the Club of Rome in 1968 to determine the limits to growth. The result of the study was that civilization as we know it would collapse shortly after the year 2000 unless the population was seriously curtailed. Since large populations were to be decimated the ruling elite decided to target the "undesirable elements of society" for extermination. Specifically targeted were the black, Hispanic, and homosexual populations. The name of the project that developed AIDS is MKNAOMI. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease." The project was carried out at Fort Detrick Maryland.
The chief recommendation was to develop a microbe which would attack the auto immune system and thus render the development of a vaccine impossible. The orders were given to develop the microbe and to also develop a cure and a prophylactic. The microbe would be used against the general population and would be introduced by vaccine administered by the World Health Organization. The prophylactic was to be used by the ruling elite. The cure will be administered to the survivors when they decide that enough people have died. It will be announced as newly developed. This plan was called Global 2000. The cure and the prophylactic are suppressed. Funding was obtained from the U.S. Congress under H.B. 15090 where $10 million was given to the Department of Defense to produce "a synthetic biological agent, an agent that does not naturally exist and for which no natural immunity could have been acquired." "Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease causing organisms.
The African continent was infected via smallpox vaccine in 1977. The U.S. population was infected in 1978 with the hepatitis B vaccine through the Centers for Disease Control and the New York Blood Center. You now have the entire story. The order was given by the POLICY COMMITTEE of THE BILDERBERG GROUP based in Switzerland.
Another startling fact that was never mentioned in the mainstream media ??e Hepatitis B Vaccine that was given to several thousand male homosexuals in New York and San Francisco in 1978, every single person who received that vaccine contracted AIDS -- every single one of them -- without exception. That is what the first American victims of AIDS all had in common. They were receivers of the Hepatitis B Vaccine. It is a document fact. AIDS began in America in 1978 in the homosexual communities of New York and San Francisco, immediately following a government-sponsored program of Hepatitis B Vaccinations. This is all completely documented -- it is completely true.
The Hepatitis B vaccine study in 1978 appears to have been the initial means of planting the infection in New York City. The test protocol specified non-monogamous males only, and homosexuals received a different vaccine from heterosexuals. At least 25-50% of the first reported New York AIDS cases in 1981
had received the Hepatitis B test vaccine in 1978. By 1984, 64% of the vaccine recipients had AIDS, and the figures on the current infection rate for the participants of that study are held by the U.S. Department of Justice, and "unavailable." The AIDS epidemic emerged full-blown in the three U.S. cities
with "organized gay communities" before being reported elsewhere, including Haiti or Africa, so it is epidemiologically impossible for either of those countries to be the origin point for the U.S. infections.
Apparently, homosexuals were an initial target in the U.S. because their sexual practices would help in the rapid spread of the disease, and because it was correctly assumed that very few non-homosexual citizens would pay much attention during the early years of the epidemic. Also, the stigma of a "homosexual disease" would interfere with rational analysis and discussion of AIDS. Bear in mind that homosexuals were among the first to be exterminated in Nazi Germany, before Jews or other minorities, so fewer citizens would object.
Most of the patients were professional criminals and New York City, which is relatively close, offered them a suitable milieu. Moreover, the patients were exclusively men, many of them having a history of homosexuality and drug abuse, as is often the case in American prisons.
The first KNOWN cases of AIDS occurred in New York in 1979. The first DESCRIBED cases were in California in 1979. The virus was isolated in Paris in May 1983, taken from a French homosexual who had returned home ill from a trip to the East Coast of the US. One year later, Robert Gallo and his co-workers at the Bethesda Cancer Research Center published their discovery of the same virus, which is cytotoxic, i.e poisonous to cells.
It is understandable why AIDS broke out precisely in 1979, precisely among men and among drug users, and precisely in New York City," which explains that whereas in cases of infection by means of sexual contact, incubation periods are two years and more, while in cases of massive infection via blood transfusions, as must have been the case with prisoners, incubation periods are shorter than a year. "Thus, if the new virus was ready at the beginning of 1978 and if the experiments began without too much delay, then the first cases of full- blown AIDS in 1979 were exactly the result that could have been expected."
The incidence of AIDS infections in Africa coincides exactly with the locations of the W.H.O. smallpox vaccination program in the mid-1970's (London Times, May 11, 1987). Some 14,000 Haitians then on UN secondment to Central Africa were also vaccinated in this campaign. Personnel actually conducting the vaccinations may have been completely unaware that the vaccine was anything other than what they were told. A striking feature of AIDS is that it's ethno-selective. The rate of infection is twice as high among Blacks, Latinos and Native Americans as among whites, with death coming two to three times as swiftly. And over 80% of the children with AIDS and 90% of infants born with it are among these minorities. "Ethnic weapons" that would strike certain racial groups more heavily than others have been a long-standing U.S. Army BW objective.
Hitler claimed to have gotten his inspiration for the "final solution" from the extermination of Native
Americans in the U.S. For that matter the first example of germ warfare in the U.S. was in 1763 when some of the European colonists gave friendly Indians a number of blankets that had been infected with smallpox, causing many deaths.
In fact, since the end of WW II over 200 experimental BW tests have been conducted on civilians and military personnel in the U.S. One example was the test spraying from Sept. 20-26, 1950 of bacillus globigi and syraceus maracezens over 117 square miles of the San Francisco area, causing pneumonia-like infections in many of the residents. The family of one elderly man who died in the test sued the government, but lost. To this day, syraceus is a leading cause of death among the elderly in the San Francisco area. Another case was the joint Army-CIA BW test in 1955, still classified, in which an undisclosed bacteria was released in the Tampa Bay region of Florida, causing a dramatic increase in
whooping cough infections, including twelve deaths. A third example was the July 7-10, 1966 release of bacteria throughout the New York subway system, conducted by the U.S. Army's Special Operations Division. Due to the vast number of people exposed to it, it would virtually be impossible to identify, let alone prove, and specific health problems resulting directly from this test. The first detailed charges regarding AIDS as a BW weapon were published in the Patriot newspaper in New Delhi, India, on July 4, 1984. It is hard to say where the investigations of this story in the Indian press might have led, if they had not been sidetracked by two major domestic disasters shortly thereafter: the assassination of Indira Gandhi on Oct. 31 and the Bhopal Union Carbide plant "accident" that killed several thousand and injured over 200,000 on Dec. 3.
The Soviet press picked up the story on October 1985, making it easy for U.S. Defense Department spokesmen to dismiss the charges as "Soviet propaganda," even though many other countries carried
it. The Soviets recently retracted the charges, in the new spirit of US-USSR cooperation.
Right there in the medical literature for anyone to read for themselves was, basically, proof that the AIDS
virus and pandemic was actually PREDICTED years ago by a world famous virologist, among others. They found that top scientists writing in the Bulletin of the World Health Organization were actually REQUESTING that AIDS like viruses be created to study the effects on humans. In fact, the Streckers unearthed thousands of documents all supporting the manmade origin of AIDS. Meanwhile, the government was telling everyone that a green monkey in Africa bit some native and started AIDS. As their research continued, it became obvious from the documentation that the virus itself was not only created as requested, but actually DEPLOYED, and now threatens the existence of mankind because it does
what it was designed to do: cause cancer in humans via a contagious virus. Everything the government, the so-called AIDS experts and media were telling the public was misleading, out and out lies. The truth of the matter is:
AIDS is a manmade disease;
AIDS is not a homosexual disease;
AIDS is not a venereal disease;
AIDS can be carried by mosquitos;
Condoms will not prevent AIDS;
There are a least six different AIDS viruses loose in the world;
There will never be a vaccine cure;
"It's not a sexually transmitted disease, it's simply a disease that gets transmitted. And you can transmit it by sneezing on someone. Why don't they tell us that? In the Congressional Record, it says that it can be transmitted "effectively" by mosquitos. It says so. The Center for Disease Control, in the Congressional Record, says that it is transmitted by mosquitos in Belgrade, Florida -- they know it for a fact. Why haven't they told us that AIDS is being transmitted by mosquitos? They say it to themselves in the Congressional Record, why don't they tell us?"
The virologists of the world who brought us this ghastly plague, have a united front in denying that the virus was laboratory-made from known, lethal animal viruses. The scientific party line is that a monkey in Africa with AIDS bit a native on the butt. The native then went to town and gave it to a prostitute who gave it to the local banker who gave it to his wife and three girlfriends and what! 50 to 75 million people became infected with AIDS in Africa and throughout the world. This is an entirely preposterous story, and it is preposterous because:
1. The green velvet monkey of Africa doesn't get human AIDS. You can't reproduce the disease in monkeys even by injecting AIDS virus directly into them.
2. After injecting the virus into monkeys, you can't transmit it to other monkeys, much less to humans.
3. Genetically, AIDS (HIV-1) is not even close to the monkey form of immunodeficiency virus. [Ed. Note:

4. AIDS started not in the villages but in the cities of Africa, where there are no wild monkeys.
5. The doubling time of AIDS infection being about 12 months, one monkey biting one native and then
spreading the disease would have taken 20 years to reach a million cases. Seventy-five million Africans
became infected practically simultaneously. At the same time, the disease became rampant in the U.S.,
Haiti and Brazil.
It is obvious that one monkey couldn't have done that (or one homosexual, either). There had to be some sort of simultaneous seeding process. The only worldwide simultaneous seeding going on at the same time was the smallpox vaccine program of the World Health Organization (the WHO). The early epidemiology of the AIDS pandemic fits the smallpox vaccination project of the WHO -- AND NOTHING ELSE
-- with the exception of the U.S.
Dr. Robert Strecker, Dr. William Douglas, Dr. Cantwell, Dr. Hazeltine, Dr. Alonso, who all agree that the AIDS virus could never have occurred spontaneously in Nature. That animal viruses cannot jump species, as we are being told they did, as we are being asked to believe happened ??en allegedly, a green monkey bit an African and precipitated the pandemic of AIDS.
We know as a scientific fact that viruses cannot jump species, unless they are specifically engineered to do so. And we also know for a scientific fact that the AIDS virus bears no resemblance whatsoever to any virus ever found in a green monkey, but does bear a total resemblance to cow virus and sheep virus, which have somehow been bonded together. The only possible way these two different species of virus could bond together would be in a laboratory -- something engineered in a laboratory -- and then further engineered to make the jump into a human system.
We also pointed out an incredible coincidence. The World Health Organization went into Central Africa in 1972 -- into an area that is known as the "AIDS Belt" -- and administered a smallpox vaccination to several thousands of Africans. This event was followed immediately by the first outbreak of AIDS on this planet -- a remarkable coincidence -- that was noted as a Front Page Headline in the London Times, but has never even been mentioned in the US Media -- never even mentioned.
The AIDS virus was created in a laboratory by combining lethal animal "retroviruses" in human cancer (HeLA) cell cultures. These viruses have never before caused infection in man. The "species barrier" has always been nature's way of keeping a deadly virus from wiping out the entire animal kingdom, including man. The myxoma virus of rabbits, for example, wiped out the rabbit population of Europe, but man and other animals were not affected. The sheep visna virus completely decimated the flocks of Iceland, but no other animal was affected.
The virologists deny that the AIDS virus, HIV-1, is of animal origin. I am sure that you see the paradox here. Aren't monkeys animals?
Actually, the AIDS virus looks and acts much more like a cross between a bovine leukemial virus and
a sheep visna (brain-rot) virus, cultured in a human cell culture, than any virus of the HTLV group.
They are also united in saying that it's not possible for the virus to have been engineered in a laboratory. If didn't come from other animals and it didn't come from a laboratory, and they now admit privately that the monkey couldn't have done it, then it must have come out of thin air. That's a theological position and hence beyond argument. It's certainly not scientific.
Sheep do not get together and do chemical experiments on their viruses. So, a man had to graft this bovine virus, which they know that's what it is, onto a human cell. It had to be made. So we know its man-made. They know it's transmitted with the... because they know the most effective device... the best test to discover if you have AIDS... is not a blood test, it's a saliva test. Now why haven't they told us that?"
These scientists who have created this monstrous problem in their sorcerer's retrovirology laboratories are constantly caught in their own lies. The line goes: "The AIDS virus could not have been engineered in a laboratory because the technology wasn't available until recently." Icelandic scientists combined the sheep visna virus with human tissue cells over 20 years ago. The technology has been refined in recent years, but the basic process has been actively used in labs all over the world for long before the AIDS virus made its dramatic appearance. But the scientists hold fast in their denial of culpability.
A short virology lesson will help you understand that AIDS is indeed an animal virus and that it was laboratory-made as a weapon of biological warfare against the free world.
Again, the Laws of Virology state that the rate of infection for a retrovirus, like the AIDS virus, the rate of infection will double approximately every 12 months. Another frightening fact that no one has bothered to tell us, is that there are six different basic types of the AIDS virus, and that each of these basic types, being what is called a "recombinant retrovirus," has a recombinant potential of 9,000 to the Fourth Power. "Recombinant" means the ability to change and recombine into something new, and the calculation 9,000
to the Fourth Power times 6 is literally in the hundreds of millions of trillions of different possible forms and manifestations of the AIDS virus. [Note, the number calculated is 354,294,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 variations of the AIDS virus]. Now that means that you would need a vaccine for every possible choice that the virus could make, which is technically impossible;
truthfully, realistically impossible. It's like the influenza virus -- there's no vaccine. There are simply too many strains of it, too many different varieties, to ever develop a single, comprehensive vaccine.
A basic rule of virology is that if two viruses have the same shape, design and size, then they are almost certainly the same virus (a very simple and easy to understand rule). For example, this virus:

... the recombinant virus from cattle and sheep AND ITS CALLED AIDS. You don't have to be a genius to understand this. Any properly instructed 10-year-old can understand it ....
But, some alert reader will say, we don't give smallpox vaccinations in the U.S., so how do you explain the simultaneous outbreak of AIDS in Africa, Brazil and Haiti, where they did indeed give the vaccine, and in the U.S., where they didn't give the vaccine? Simple. The homosexual community was used as a large group of experimental animals through the hepatitis-B program. It didn't take many infected homosexuals among the I.V. drug users to quickly spread the disease among a large percentage of the addicts due to the near certainly of infection through direct intravenous insertion of the virus.
In the early 1970's, Henry Kissinger wrote a top secret document -- a National Security Memorandum ("NSM 200") -- in which he indicated that "depopulation should be the highest priority of US foreign policy towards the Third World." This Memorandum which can be obtained from the US National Archives, which was only declassified very quietly in 1990, was adopted by the National Security Council as official US foreign policy towards the Third World. Now, this is a classic example of the "secret government" in action, because none of this was known to the Congress, and certainly, it was not known to the American people. Did any of you know that depopulation was considered a matter of US national security? Did any of you know that for the past 20 years, depopulation has been the highest long-range priority of US foreign policy towards the Third World? No you didn't, because it was classified -- it was a secret.
Now, the next document was from the US Senate Library. It is a record of the Appropriations Hearing that was held in July of 1969, where the Department of the Army specifically requested and received $10 million to develop "a synthetic biological agent that would impair or destroy the human immune system." This is from the US Senate Library. We also made reference to several published articles from the World Health Organization, written about the same time, which advocated similar kinds of research toward the development of "a hybrid virus that could selectively effect the human immune system."
Like it not, these documents all exist. The Kissinger Memorandum, the Army Appropriations Hearing, the articles from the World Health Organization; these are official records -- facts of history -- that cannot be disputed.
THE SCARIEST PART
The most dreaded fear that all oncologists (cancer doctors), virologists, and immunologists live with is
that some day CANCER, in one form or another, will become a contagious disease, transferable from one
person to another. AIDS has now made this fear a reality. If you think you are safe because you are not gay or promiscuous, or because you are not sexually active, then you must watch "The Strecker Memorandum" very carefully.
IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE SEX TONIGHT YOU HAD BETTER READ THIS
The most common misconception being foisted upon us right now concerns sexually active Americans. We are told that if a man uses a condom the transference of the deadly virus is virtually eliminated. Nothing could be further from the truth. Of the body fluids that the AIDS virus is found in, semen is the least.
As a matter of fact, in every single study ever published on the subject, no one has found a significant amount in anyone's semen. It just isn't there in huge numbers. There is usually only about one virus per milliliter, a statistically irrelevant amount. One copious ejaculation might produce only one or two viruses. This is substantiated in the medical literature. But, just for argument's sake, let's say all the medical studies are wrong. Let's pretend that there are countless millions of AIDS viruses in the ejaculation. Are you aware that condoms are riddled with microscopic or larger holes? Studies show that even the smallest holes found in condoms are two to ten times larger than the AIDS virus. It's like shooting a golf ball through a basketball hoop. Condoms have not, will not, and cannot prevent AIDS.
THOUSANDS ALREADY DEAD
Fifty thousand Americans have already died because they didn't know the truth about AIDS. Between twelve and fifteen million Americans have already been infected. One in 60 babies born in New York City is infected; one in 300 college students in America is infected; one in 20 aliens applying for amnesty is infected, including men, women and children. These are just some of the facts you are not likely to hear about from the media.
